About Maggie
I was taught early on that women may be independent, well educated, & may accomplish anything we set our minds to.
My great grandmother was the strongest woman I know. At age 101 she was still working at her restaurant and as she would say, “I still have all my teeth!” Always looking at the positives in life. It’s memories like that, that have really shaped my career and path professionally. I knew that with hard work and by finding a way to stand out, that you can do anything you want in life.
Hi, I’m Maggie Luce and I help people buy, sell, and finance properties, but I’m not your typical real estate professional, I’m a “Hybrid Agent.”
The Realtor and Loan Officer role is combined to create a “Hybrid Agent.” I can also provide folks with Property & Casualty Insurance for the State of Texas and Nevada. Experience a Unique approach to the business.
Let’s face it, buying and selling a property is no Bar-B-Q, but if you’re not careful you may get burned. Much like good BBQ, it takes years to master the perfect technique; but you don’t have to worry b/c I’ll bring all the right ingredients needed.
Much of my business approach is tied to my experience in gymnastics as it’s a HUGE part of my life. I was a JR Olympian at the age of 15 and still coach 1-day a week today! But the key in gymnastics is having the perfect balance. Everything is tied to it.
In real estate, I believe you must also have the perfect balance of advice and professionals. It’s when you weigh ALL options that smart decisions are made. I don’t sell people homes, I help them acquire them by providing in depth education, options, and expertise to the process. In other words the perfect balance. So if you are looking for an agent who can provide you with more insight, then look for a Hybrid Agent.
